Septic Waste Disposal for New Hampshire and Massachusetts

Septic Waste Disposal

Whether you're inquiring about a residential or commercial property, keeping your septic system in proper working order is imperative if you want to save money in the long run. Whether you need to schedule routine septic draining or septic waste disposal or you're faced with a septic emergency that needs to be handled right now, Pumperz is here to help -- all day every day. For years we've served the greater Monadnock Region of Southwestern New Hampshire and Massachusetts, providing septic draining and disposal for towns like Peterborough, Jaffrey, Rindge, Ashby, Brookline, Winchedon, Ashburnham, and many other surrounding areas

Why do I need to drain my septic system?

No matter how large your septic system is and whether it is intended for a business or a home, they all work (more or less) the same and they must be drained or pumped from time to time. If a septic system isn't drained, it could become backed up or it could potentially flood your yard or your property with unfiltered sewage from your septic system. Most septic systems are comprised of a large concrete or plastic tank, a distribution box, and a series of leach fields. When you use your water or flush the toilet, the water leaves your home or business through the main line and enters the septic tank. Solid waste generally sinks to the bottom of your septic tank, forming a thick sludge-- while lighter solid waste floats on top. Finally, the remaining liquid is filtered out of the septic system through the leach field and into the soil.

Average septic draining and pumping schedule:

As you can tell by now, septic draining and disposal should never be ignored, and regular septic draining (also commonly referred to as pumping) will ensure you don't have to spend any more than you have to in the long run

  • Every 2-3 Years with 2 to 4 people living in your home or working at your business
  • Every 1-2 years with 4 to 6 people living in your home or working at your business
  • Every year if more than 6 people live in your home or work at your business
